Colorado Council on the Arts:
The Colorado Council on the Arts (CCA), in collaboration with The Community Resource Center (CRC), continues to offer affordable and accessible technical assistance service for Colorado’s non-profit arts organizations through the Peer Assistance Network (PAN).
The purpose of the PAN is to increase the stability of Colorado's Arts organizations and the quality of the arts programs they present. It provides a way for the staff and board members of arts organizations to help each other and the artists in their communities by exchanging advice between peers who manage similar programs and projects in other areas of the state.
The PAN Advisors include a dozen of Colorado's strongest arts managers who have also been trained in facilitation skills. Among them, they have strengths in facilities development, local arts council development, public art program development, fundraising, capital campaigns, youth programming, endowment-building, marketing, board development, planning, and more. They are located throughout Colorado, from Steamboat Springs to Montrose to Idalia to Denver.
PAN advisors are available on a first-come, first-served basis until all funds budgeted for PAN consultations are expended.

A "typical" PAN session includes the Advisor's preparation, a day on-site and a written follow-up report. We ask that you pay the Advisor's meals and lodging costs, if any. You will also be asked to assess the usefulness of the visit to your organization. This will help us continue the growth of the PAN program to best meet Colorado's needs!

"Is there any doubt as to how much we need you? Yesterday we went to lunch with a board member who had pledged $10k and he doubled it. We used the Fabulous Gift approach - you really did make a difference. So, once again, thank you"

"This work has helped to focus us and make clear our next steps. Not only that, it lays out our future in the long term. I think it will make all the difference between a strong and distinguished future that make a contribution to our whole community, not just to the artists, and a mediocre one. THANK YOU!!!! so much for the Peer Assistance Network--keep up the wonderful work.

The PAN retreat last year had a profound influence on our moving forward with this commitment to growth for the company.
