Leadership Program: Criteria


To be eligible, a candidate must:

• Be an executive director of a Colorado 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a budget of $600,000 or less
  
  
• Have a minimum of four years experience working in nonprofit organizations
  
  
• Work with the Community Resource Center to secure $2,500 in tuition, combining funds from your organization, scholarships and a payment plan to pay for the yearlong leadership program. Please contact Carol Crawford at 303-623-1540 or 1-800-516-6284 to discuss financial options
  
  
• Agree to attend all six training sessions: including four two-day sessions in Denver, a four-day outdoor retreat and an elective day of training at CRC.
  
  
• Submit all required application materials by November 15th. Applications may be accepted after the deadline if space is still available
  
  
• Represent an organization whose board members understand and are committed to your full participation in this yearlong program and who are willing to sign a contract pledging their support
