Personal Coaching

If you are an employee or board member of a Colorado nonprofit organization and you are ready to discover your authentic purpose and propel your career forward in an exciting new direction, then CRC’s Personal Coaching Program is right for you!

You will develop a confidential coaching relationship with an experienced professional to help you explore the possibilities for your future in a whole new way.

What to Expect

Everyone in the program will:

• Discover new perspectives and ways to approach personal challenges and opportunities.
• Develop enhanced thinking and decision-making skills.
• Improve interpersonal effectiveness.
• Regain confidence in carrying out your life’s work.
• Notice appreciable results in productivity.
• Find greater satisfaction in both your personal and professional life.

A Special Note for CRC Leaders: Leaders who have experienced coaching through CRC's Colorado Nonprofit Leadership and Management Program point to significant gains in organizational effectiveness as a result of the coaching program. They clearly radiate newfound skills and an infectious enthusiasm that brightens the entire organization. By reaffirming their commitment to personal values, leaders make better decisions and better utilize the energies of staff and other resources to accomplish their missions.

You will be specially matched with a coach who will begin the process by helping you to identify your own personal set of core values to establish new goals. You will create clear objectives and set up benchmarks to track your progress. You and your coach will examine new opportunities and develop strategies for overcoming obstacles along the way.

Everything is held in strictest confidence to allow you to feel safe and open during all communications with the coach.

Expect to be challenged! You must be willing to change, grow, and take risks. Coaches hold a mirror up to your attitudes and actions. You will remove the blind spots and truly learn to think “out of the box.”

To Apply

Any employee or board member of a viable Colorado nonprofit organization is eligible to take advantage of CRC’s statewide coaching services. The process starts by completing the online coaching application.

CRC will then contact you with additional coaching information, contracts, and coach selection procedures. Delivery of coaching services takes place by phone to clients located throughout Colorado. Coaching services are available at a nonprofit, below-market rate. We also employ a sliding scale payment system to accommodate smaller organizations.
