Capacity Coaching Initiative

Through CRC’s Colorado Capacity Coaching Initiative, participants are supported by skilled coaches to realign and release their personal power in service to their organization and community. This innovative program provides a confidential coaching relationship that encourages personal transformation through balance and growth, creative visioning and leadership, and effective communication and relationship building.

The Coaching Partnership
In the coaching relationship, the client collaborates with the coach to identify key goals, priorities, and obstacles. The coach helps the client improve effectiveness and achieve his or her greatest potential through conversation and action planning. The process is driven by the client with guidance and accountability provided by the coach. Typical issues are those relating to leadership, communication, project management, board development, and life balance. The client must be willing to change, grow, and take future risks. The coach/client relationship is strictly confidential.

How to Apply for Coaching Services
Any employee or board member of a viable Colorado nonprofit organization is eligible to take advantage of CRC’s statewide coaching services. The process starts by completing the online coaching application.

CRC will then contact you with additional coaching information, contracts, and coach selection procedures. Delivery of coaching services takes place by phone to clients located throughout Colorado.
