The Community Resource Center Board of Directors sets all policies and direction for the organization. The staff, through the executive director, is responsible to the board. The board is self-perpetuating, and a nominating committee appointed by the board and approved by the full board selects new board members. An executive committee, which includes the officers of the board and two at-large members, is elected by the full board.

Noah Atencio. Director of the Grants Program, Daniels Fund; Co-Chair, Young Nonprofit Professional Network.

Susan Bonsall Rosenberry. former Executive Director Colorado Environmental Coalition and Leading Learning Communities; Interfaith Minister.

Effley Brooks. Director of Community Leadership Forum, University of Colorado at Denver.

Cherrie Brown. Director of the Phillips County Hospital Foundation; member of the Steering Committee for Northeast Colorado Rural Philanthropy Days that was held in May 2004.

David Carter. Executive Director, American Bison Association; Principal, Crystal Springs Consulting; deeply involved in rural issues, serving on the board of the Farmers Bakery Co-Op in Weld County and consulting with agricultural co-ops nationally.

Denise Delgado. Grants Manager, Rose Community Foundation; Co-Chair, Young Nonprofit Professional Network.

Blue Eagle. Board Member, Save Our Section 8 Colorado.

David Henninger. Executive Director, Bayaud Industries (a nonprofit providing employment and training for adults with disabilities). David is a member of the CRC Executive Committee.

Felicia Hilton. Cardiovascular Outreach Coordinator, Center for African American Health. Felicia is President of the CRC Board and a member of the CRC Executive Committee.

Scott Johnson. Chief Operating Officer – McGhee Productivity Solutions.

Susan Lander. Executive Director, Music in the Mountains; Co-Chair, Southwest Colorado Philanthropy Days, 2002. Susan is past President of the CRC Board.

Ann Lederer. Cross-Cultural Consultant. Ann is Vice President of the CRC Board and a member of the CRC Executive Committee.

Terry Matthews. Senior Vice President, Fuller and Company. Terry is our Secretary and a member of the CRC Executive Committee.

Shelly Quintana. Mortgage Lender, Western Credit Union. Shelly is our Treasurer and a member of the CRC Executive Committee.

Byeongsook Seo. Attorney, Isaacson Rosenbaum, P.C.

Molly Shea. Vice President of Finance, Western Union.

Mike Vigil. Community Liaison, La Puente Home.

Jennifer Wade, PhD. Assistant Professor of Nonprofit and Public Management at the University of Colorado at Denver’s Graduate School of Public Affairs.

Anne Wenzel. Executive Director of the Western Colorado Community Foundation (Grand Junction); Co-Chair of Mountain Rural Philanthropy Days that was held in September 2003. Anne is a member of the CRC Executive Committee.
