The Community Resource Center Board of Directors sets all policies and direction for the organization. The staff, through the executive director, is responsible to the board. The board is self-perpetuating, and a nominating committee appointed by the board and approved by the full board selects new board members. An executive committee, which includes the officers of the board and two at-large members, is elected by the full board.

Cherrie Brown- Director of the Melissa Memorial Hospital Foundation; member of the Steering Committee for Northeast Colorado Rural Philanthropy Days that was held in May 2004. CRC Committee: Rural Outreach & Finance/Audit

David Carter- Executive Director, American Bison Association; Principal, Crystal Springs Consulting; deeply involved in rural issues, serving on the board of the Farmers Bakery Co-Op in Weld County and consulting with agricultural co-ops nationally. CRC Committee: Governance (Chair)

Blue Eagle- Board Member.

Erik Estrada- Attorney, Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP.

Sophie Faust- Program Officer, Caring for Colorado Foundation. CRC Committee:  Executive Committee (Vice Chair), Rural Outreach, Governance

David Henninger- Executive Director, Bayaud Industries (a nonprofit providing employment and training for adults with disabilities). CRC Committee: Executive (Chair), Rural Outreach, Governance, Fund Development

Scott Johnson- Director of Engineering for Strategic Engagements, Microsoft Corporation, Unified Communications Group.

Susan Lander- Executive Director, Music in the Mountains; Co-Chair, Southwest Colorado Philanthropy Days, 2002. Susan is past President of the CRC Board. CRC Committee: Rural Outreach, Development

Amy McBride- Development Officer, Montrose Regional Library District. CRC Committee: Fund Development, Rural Outreach

Molly Shea- Vice President of Finance, Western Union. CRC Committee: Executive (Treasurer), Finance/ Audit (Chair)

Max Tyler- State Representative, District 23, State of Colorado. CRC Committee: Finance/Audit

Shanda Vangas- Corporate Giving & Employee Engagement Manager, Excel Energy.
